What is a Radar Bar subscription?

A Radar Bar subscription is an automatic, periodic order of your favourite Radar Bar product/s that occur automatically every 15, 30, or 45 days.

Once initiated, the orders occur automatically until you want to them to stop.

With a subscription, you don’t have to keep manually ordering your Radar Bar.

In addition, you’ll get a discounted price when you order a subscription.

It’s very simple to start a subscription. Just follow the below steps:

  • On the product page, select “Subscribe & Save”.
  • Choose your preferred frequency: every 15 days, every 30 days, or every 45 days.
  • Select the number of boxes you’d like to order for each delivery.
  • Click Add to Cart, then simply Checkout.

Please note, you’ll need to create an account or login in order to order a subscription.

Yes. Go to your account’s Dashboard > Subscriptions > View > Stop.

Yes. Go to your account’s Dashboard > Subscriptions > View > Pause.

Yes. You can change whether you want an automatic order to occur every 15, 30, or 45 days.

Go to your account, and from there: Dashboard > Subscriptions > View > Change Frequency.

We’ll email you regarding your subscription when:

  • Your subscription is about to renew.
  • You’ve updated a subscription in any way.
  • You’ve stopped a subscription.
  • The order has failed for any reason.
  • Your billing card is about to expire and details need to be updated.

A subscription could fail for any of the below reasons:

  • The payment method has expired (you’ll receive an e-mail notification before your card expires if you already have an active subscription).
  • If an item is out of stock (in which case, you’ll be reimbursed, and notified when the item is back in stock in case you’d like to continue your subscription again).
